Job Description - Outside Sales Representative

Ntegrated Solutions is a premier provider of voice and data solutions in the DFW and West Texas area. We assist companies in implementing todays fast paced digital world technology solutions. Our distinct industry advantage is the ability to provide customized business solutions at competitive prices.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual for Outside Sales. This is an exciting opportunity in a high-tech market with advancement potential. We pay our Outside Sales Representatives an Annual Salary plus commissions.

Job Responsibilities:

Individual will be responsible for the following:
  • Entire Sales Cycle from open to close
  • Work & follow-up on lead generated appointments as assigned by Director of Sales
  • Conduct outbound B2B cold calling & lead generation of Voice & Data Services
  • Outside face to face prospecting
  • Participate in Networking groups & functions.
  • Building Referral Agents & Partners
  • Contact & qualify companies as potential customers via telephone & face to face
  • Daily Phone Expectations - 75 Dials/Day & or 1.5 hrs of phone time
  • Outside Prospecting Expectations - 25 new contacts/week
  • Self generate 5 new appointments/week
  • Generate a minimum of $4,000/month in reoccurring revenue (MRR)
  • Identify executive decision makers (CEO/COO/CTO/CFO/Dir of IT or IS mgr)
  • Define need, decision & selection process as well as timeframe for purchasing
  • Maintain & record activity using CRM systems
Job Requirements:

Qualifications for the position are:
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years sales and/or marketing experience
  • Must be an aggressive closer
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Goal driven and a strong competitor with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Energetic, Dependable and friendly personality
  • Must be able to withstand rejection while still maintaining a positive mental state
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to meet and exceed Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales goals
  • Highly organized and detail orientated
  • Experience with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Working knowledge of CRM software
  • Prior telemarketing & face to face prospecting experience a plus
