Ntegrated Solutions hires Director of Sales

Irving, Texas — November 10, 2008 — Ntegrated Solutions, a nationwide IP-based solutions provider offering IP PBX, IP Trunking, hosted call center and other IP-based applications for the SMB/E markets, announced today the hiring of Patrick Schmitt as Director of Sales.

Mr. Schmitt comes to Ntegrated with almost 20 years of sales management and 10 years Telecommunications experience including 4 years in Naval Intelligence aboard the USS Yorktown (CG-48). Prior to joining Ntegrated Solutions, Mr. Schmitt was VP of Sales & Marketing for a national sales training company. He was accountable for aggressively recruiting to expand the companys sales force and to increase sales success in Tier 1 & 2 Cities. He was accountable for corporate sales, inside sales, sales support, marketing, research and recruiting departments as well as implementing technology solutions into the company.

Schmitt was also a Sales Manager with a multinational IT enabled BPO Company named the Sutherland Group. Mr. Schmitt was responsible for the Growth and Expansion of a sales force for Covad Communications. He started with just 15 outbound sales reps in the United States and was able to build and expand a sales force, management structure and procedures internationally to over a 100 employees based on sales success. His most notable accomplishment with Covad was the Launching of an International sales and support call center in Chennai, India. He was responsible for the logistics, operational structure, staffing, and training of the reps and all levels of on-site management.
