  • Security Solution Definition - Ntegrated will work with your business to determine the best security solution to meet your needs. Ntegrated provides solutions ranging from a single router/firewall solution to a completely redundant set of independent routers and firewalls with active intrusion control.
  • Security Policy Definition - Ntegrated will work with your business to determine the appropriate policies and rules to apply to your security service in order for your business to operate efficiently and securely on the Internet.
  • Security Solution Implementation - Engineers trained in security products such as Cisco Secure PIX/ASA Firewall and Checkpoint Firewall-1 will implement the security solution for your business.

Monitoring

  • Monitoring - 24/7 monitoring from Enterprise Management Service Center (EMSC).
  • Alarm Identification, Isolation and Notification - Events generated by the monitoring systems or by the customer request will be logged and tracked. Standard procedures for notifying the customer and troubleshooting security services will be followed
  • Active Intrusion Alerts - Ntegrated will notify the customer when unauthorized activity is identified. On a case-by-case basis and at the direction of the customer, Ntegrated will modify operations to minimize the impact of these attacks.

Management

  • Trouble Resolution - Ntegrated is responsible for resolving all problems related to the security service offerings.
  • Dispatch - Ntegrated will dispatch a technician if the problem deems itself necessary.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance - Ntegrated will perform hardware and software upgrades as needed based on features and functions required by the customer on a case-by case basis.
  • Security Policy Management - As business processes and needs change, so do the security rules and policies. Ntegrated will assist in developing modified security policies for implementation on the firewall and entire security service.

Reporting

  • Ntegrated provides reports from a secured web site accessible by the customer. The following reports are made available:
  • Log Analysis Report - A daily report providing activity-based information through your firewall
  • Trouble Ticket Report - A monthly report depicting all calls into the EMSC for service and management of the security service.
  • Performance Report - A daily report providing network bandwidth usage statistics on the network.
